| 摘 要： | 采用文献综述、问卷调查等研究方法，围绕排球运动普及与提高、娱乐性与竞技性两种对立统一的、并存的基本形态，提出普通高校排球教学应符合“普及”与“娱乐性”的教学特征，从教学思想的变革、教学模式的确立，教学效果的评价等方面进行了探讨和分析。
