| Abstract: | Basing on investigation into the scientific manpower situation of Chinese half pipe snowboard, the paper has a research of related development measures. It discusses the new idea and thinking about de veloping and taking advantage of the scientific manpower, which will be significant for improving the quality of scientific manpower and promoting the development of Chinese half pipe snowboard. |
