学报社科论文投稿问题分析

近年来，由于《中国高等学校社会科学学报编排规范》的推行和投稿的增多，投稿对编排规范的不熟悉、不理解，许多投稿存在不符合论基本要求方面的问题，较突出的是要的编写和参考献的录。此外，由于投稿知识产权意识淡薄、治学不严谨、急功近利等产生了诸如一稿多投、选题陈旧雷同、行草率等问题。要减少这些问题，投稿应提高认识、加强学习、严谨治学。

Analysis of Problems on Submitting Articles on Social Sciences to Journals for Publication

In the recent years, many of submitted articles do not meet the basic criteria for a thesis, especially abstract writing and biography citing. This is because article submitters are not familiar with the editing norms for college journals on social sciences in China. In addition, there exists multi-article-submitting, repetition of topics and etc. due to lack of sense of intellectual property rights, lack of diligence and pursuit of fame and benefits. In order to reduce the number of those mentioned-above, article submitters ought to take counter-measures against them.
