| Abstract: | During 20 years of reform and open-up, China has achieved a great success in market economy construction. The society has enteredan overall development stage, but public management cannot catch up with the aeuelopment of economy development. It is becoming a restricted factor of social development. So the reform of public management is enforced. The paper attempts to give the answers to how to get on with the reform. |
