| 摘 要： | 和谐、稳定的校园是和谐社会的重要组成部分，危机事件的爆发，不仅严重威胁到广大师生员工的生命和财产安全，而且直接影响到高校的形象和公信力。因此，不断地完善和提升学校危机预防、管理和应对能力，是保障校园安全，维护正常教学秩序，建设和谐校园、和谐社会的内在需求。

| Abstract: | Harmonious and stable campus is an important component of the social harmony.Outbreak of the crisis is a serious threat not only to the college staff,but also to the safety of life and property.Besides it directly affects the college image and credibility.So,improving and upgrading continuously the school crisis prevention,management and reaction capability is the inherent demand for a harmonious society and protecting the safety of the campus,maintaining normal teaching order,and the building of a harmonious campus. |
