| 摘 要： | 网络经济的特殊性决定了网络不正当竞争行为法律规制的复杂性。相关法律的缺失成为规范网络不正当竞争行为的严重阻碍。以奇虎360与腾讯QQ之间所谓的"3Q大战"为切入点,通过对网络环境下不正当竞争行为的特点和主要表现形式的分析,结合现存问题提出对策,完善相关的法律体系,以加强对网络不正当竞争行为的监管,促进网络经济的健康运营。

| Abstract: | The specificity of the network economy determines network unfair competition law regulation complexity.The lack of relevant laws regulate unfair competition to become a serious obstacle.This paper analyzes the behavior of unfair competition under the network environment and the characteristics of the main forms,proposes measures to strengthen the network of regulatory acts of unfair competition,and promotes the healthy operation of the network economy. |
