| 摘 要： | 人居环境是人类居住和生活所需的各类资源与环境条件的总和,对其质量的评价是当前研究的热点问题之一。通过分析当前人居环境研究中存在的问题,提出人居环境质量动态评价的思路与技术方法。以基于生态位宜居度的衡阳市人居环境质量研究为基础,结合衡阳市2007、2008、2009年三年的经济社会发展数据,建立人居环境动态评价功能单元,在Visual C#.Net2008开发环境中运用ArcEngine控制设计并实现了人居环境动态评价信息系统。

| Abstract: | Human Settlement is the sum of the resources which are necessary to humankinds settlement and life.So,it has been a hot problem to assess its quality.This paper firstly puts forward the concept of dynamic assessment of evaluating human settlement’s quality after analyzing the literature about human settlement and their deficits.Based on the research of Niche Suitability of Heng Yang Cities’ human settlement,this paper constructs the dynamic assessment System for human settlement by using the statistical data about the development of economy and society in 2007,2008 and 2009.Of course,this paper also designs and implements the system of dynamic assessment of huma settlement with the Visual C#.Net 2008 software and ArcEngine 9.2 Controls.This research is very helpful to current theoretical and assessment methodological research of human settlement |
