| 摘 要： | 用临床症状自评量表（SCL-90）对贵州省贫困地区346名青年教师进行调查，结果表明：贵州省贫困地区中学青年教师心理有问题的占21．9％，男、女教师的心理健康状况有较大的差异，年龄差异不明显。应注重教师的心理健康，有意识采取措施，提高教师的心理素质。

| Abstract: | An investigation through SCL-90 in the mental health of 346 young teachers working in middle schools of poverty-stricken areas of Guizhou province indicates that 21.9% of them has psychological problems,that the difference between the state of mental health of man and woman teachers is relatively great and that the difference varying with age is not obvious. |
