贫困地区中学青年教师心理健康状况分析研究

摘    要:用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)对贵州省贫困地区346名青年教师进行调查,结果表明:贵州省贫困地区中学青年教师心理有问题的占21.9%,男、女教师的心理健康状况有较大的差异,年龄差异不明显。应注重教师的心理健康,有意识采取措施,提高教师的心理素质。

Abstract:An investigation through SCL-90 in the mental health of 346 young teachers working in middle schools of poverty-stricken areas of Guizhou province indicates that 21.9% of them has psychological problems,that the difference between the state of mental health of man and woman teachers is relatively great and that the difference varying with age is not obvious.
