| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法对排球核心队员进行研究,解释了核心队员的定义。将核心队员分为三类,一是进攻型;二是组织型;三是防守型,对核心队员应具备的条件进行了总结。对排球核心队员培养提出了建议,一是在选材方面,二是在训练方面。

| Abstract: | Carry on research to the key team members of volleyball through law o documents and materials,the statistic law of the data,logic analytic approach,Have explained the definition of key team members'.Divide key team members into three kinds,first,attacking type;Second,organizing type;Third,defensive.Summarize condition that key team members should possess.The behavior of women's volleyball World Cup was analyzed in 2003 through to Zhao Ruirui,Feng Kun,Zhang Na,having summarized the key team member's function in attacking,the function in defending and in psychology. |
