摘 要: | 建立一种安赛蜜生产过程中合成液及结晶母液的高效液相色谱分析方法,以实现安赛蜜的合成及精制过程的实时分析。色谱柱:Eclipse XDB-C18,4.6mm×150mm;流动相:甲醇:水=10:90(V/V)),1.0mL/min;检测器:DAD,230nm。定量分析的标准曲线方程:y=29.06x+7.4997,R=0.9999,线性范围:2~400μg/mL。加标回收率:99.1%~101.7%,相对标准偏差为0.51%。结果表明,该方法可以满足安赛蜜生产控制分析的需要。

Abstract: | A analytical method is established by HPLC for the synthesis solution and the mother liquor in acesulfame K industrial process,so that the real time analysis can be achieved for the process synthesizing and refining acesulfame K.The column is Ecllpse XDB-C18,4.6mm×150mm,the mobile phase is methanol is water=10:90(V/V),1.0mL/min,and the detector is DAD,230nm.The equation of quantitative analysis is y=29.06x+7.4997,R=0.9999,and the linear field is 2~400μg/mL.Recovery of affixed standard matter is 99.1~101.7%,relative standard deviation is 0.51%.The result shows that the method can be used in the control analysis of ancesulfame K industrial process. |
