ERIC-PCR技术临床应用现状

摘    要:围绕ERIC-PCR技术特点及其临床应用现状做一综述。ERIC-PCR技术不仅具有分辨率高、敏度性高、重复性高的特点而且还具有成本低、操作简便、快速检测的优势。ERIC-PCR指纹图谱能够反映细菌基因组组成和微生物种群的多样性与群落结构,在临床上有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper reviews current progress in ERIC-PCR technique for feature and clinical application. ERIC-PCR technique not only has the feature of high resolution, high sensitivity and high repetition but also with the advantages of low cost, simple operation and rapid detection. ERIC-PCR finger printing can reflect the composition of bacterial genomes, the diversity and community structure of microbial populations. It shows a wide prospect of clinical application.
