| 摘 要： | 确定安徽几个地区的绞股蓝中多糖的种类及含量。方法]利用分光光度法测可溶性糖和总糖的含量,以及用薄层析法检测其中多糖的组分。结果]测定得安徽多个地区的绞股蓝中多糖含量存在一点差别,尤其是六安大别山的含糖量大于琅琊山。薄层析测出的糖为麦芽糖。结论]各地绞股蓝都是以麦芽糖为主的二糖存在于绞股蓝的叶片中。

The Research on Soluble Carbohydrate Content and Polysaccharide Ingredients in Gynostemma Pentaphyllum in Dabie Mountain and Langya Mountain |

| Abstract: | Purpose]Determined the categories and content of polysaccharide in Gynostemma pentaphyllum collected from several areas in Anhui.Method]Spectrophotometry were used to measure the content of soluble sugar and total sugar,and the thin chromatography were used to measure the components of the polysaccharide.Result]The result showed that there are a little difference in the polysaccharide in gynostemma pentaphyllum collected from several areas in Anhui.Especially the sugar content in the polysaccharide in Dabie mountain is greater than Langya mountain.The result of Thin layer showed that the content of soluble sugar is maltose.Conclusion]There are mainly maltose exists in gynostemma pentaphyllum's leaves. |
