| 摘 要： | 文章对一师范院校英语专业学生的毕业论文题目进行抽样调查发现,有的题目与专业无关、不符合英语表达习惯、范围过大,有的题目冗长、书写不正确,个别中文对照题目晦涩难懂。毕业生要撰写好毕业论文的前提首先是要精心选题。文章将这些题目作为研究,从选题意义、问题的原因以及选题的策略进行探究。

| Abstract: | As a result of samples of investigation based on the titles in English Majors' theses,this paper explores that some topics are beyond their majors;some don't conform to English expressions;some are too broad;some are wordy;some spellings in the topics are incorrect;and some Chinese translations that go with their English topics are difficult to understand.The key for English Majors to write their theses well is to choose topics carefully.The paper discusses some improper topics,putting forth some constructive suggestions from the aspects of choosing topics,analyzing the causes and the strategies of choosing topics. |
