摘    要:案例教学法的引入是《管理学基础》课程教育教学特殊性的要求,也是高职教育培养高素质技能性人才的需要。《管理学基础》课程教学应用案例教学的效果,既受案例选择、教师课堂组织等关键因素的影响,也受教学设施、课堂规模、学生心理等客观因素影响。

Abstract:The introduction of Case Teaching Method is to meet the Fundamentals of Management and the need of cultivating high-quality talents education. The effect of Case Teaching Method on teaching Fundamentals of demand of teaching in higher vocational Management depends on such key factors as the selection of the teaching cases and the organization of class, and objective factors like teaching facilities, class size, and psychological qualities of students, etc.
