产业集群中非正式交流影响知识流动的实证研究

 非正式交流带来知识溢出是产业集群的外部性之一。本文对相关文献做了简要的概述，提出了一系列的假设命题，通过对苏州两个产业集群中骨干员工的问卷调查，对非正式交流的内容、形式和所传播知识的价值等做了实证研究。调查发现，通过非正式的交流，员工们的确获得了有价值的知识。

Empirical study of the informal contacts impact knowledge flows in industrial clusters

Informal contact between employees in different firms is claimed to be one of the main carriers of knowledge between firms in a cluster.This paper examines empirically the role of informal contacts in two specific clusters.Through survey,we asked a sample of main employees in two street clusters in Soochow city a series of questions on informal networks.We analyze whether and how the valuable knowledge flows through the informal contacts.We find that the employees do share quite the valuable knowledge with informal contacts.
