| 摘 要： | 美国人文科学政策产生于美苏之间在政治经济制度、生活方式和价值观等方面进行激烈斗争的冷战时期。由于冷战的需要和学者的努力,美国联邦政府最终承担了资助人文科学的职责。美国联邦政府的人文科学政策对美国大学的人文科学产生了重要影响。

| Abstract: | American humanities policies come into being during the cold war. At that time, Ameica and the Soviet Union fight fiercely with each other in the field of political and ecnomical system, life style and values. Because of the Cold War and the efforts of scholars, the federal government finally assumes the responsibility of financing the humanities, which has a significant impact on the development of the humanities in American universities. |
