| 摘 要： | 通过SWOT分析,总结西安欧亚学院教师队伍的优势和劣势,教师队伍建设面临的机会和威胁。提出构建有竞争力的教学团队要做到4点。（1）建立共同的愿景与核心价值观：成为中国最受尊重的私立大学及责任、创新、伙伴、有用。（2）确定学院人才培养质量观：集中优势资源夯实基础,树立“客户导向”型质量观。（3）开发和应用教师胜任能力模型：建立教师岗位序列的胜任力模型。（4）推行弹性化“全面薪酬模型”：包含宽级式薪酬、福利、平衡工作与生活、绩效与认可、个人发展与职业机会。最后探讨了人力资源部门与教学单位在教学团队建设中的角色和职责。
