草莓色素的初步研究

摘    要:以草莓为材料,通过测定草莓色素吸收光谱的变化,初步研究了草莓色素的提取方法,以及光照、温度和PH等因素对草莓色素稳定性的影响。

Abstract:Through measuring the changes of spectrum absorbed by pigment of strawberry,we studied extractions of plgment from strawberry,how these factors srch as illumination,temperature and PH and so on influence on the stability of pigment of strawberry.
