地方本科院校师范生就业的现实危机及对策研究——以泉州师范学院为例

当前,由于师范生供需不平衡、教育管理不先进、就业服务不完善和毕业生综合能力不全面等原因,师范毕业生面临的就业难问题日渐凸显,地方本科院校毕业生就业形势尤其严峻。以泉州师范学院为例,毕业生就业渠道狭窄,对口就业比例低;就业门槛提高,竞争压力加剧;就业质量不高,签约率下滑。针对师范生就业难的问题,地方本科院校要高度重视,拓展就业供给渠道、改革人才培养模式、健全就业服务体系、提高毕业生综合素质能力,形成领导重视、部门支持、人人关心的良好就业氛围。

Current Situation of Employment of Local Colleges Students and the Countermeasures

The employment of normal school students is hard because of the imbalance in the market supply and demand,the imperfect employment service system and the weak competence of the students,especially for the students of local universities.As for the lower employment rate,some measures should be taken to deal with the problem.The paper suggests that expanding the employment channels,reforming the training model and perfecting the employment service system,and offering a better employment environment to deal with the employment of normal school students.
