| 摘 要： | 教学团队作为加强师资队伍建设、提升学校办学实力的有效举措,已经在国外得到了较为充分的发展和实践.如今,其虽然也在我国得到了一定程度的认同和实践,但其无论在实践的深度、广度以及对教学团队内涵的理解等层面都存在一些问题和不足.因此,各相关院校及相关人员应进一步加强对教学团队的研究和探索,明晰其自身的基本内涵和主要特征,以此,为我国高校教学团队建设的顺利进行和健康发展提供有益的参考和借鉴.

| Abstract: | As an effective tool to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and to increase the power of a college,the teaching team has given its full play.Although it has made a progress both in the degree of recognition and practice in China,there are some problems and deficiencies to be solved.Therefore,the relevant institutions and staffs should further strengthen the research into the teaching team,clearing its basic connotation and main characteristics in order to provide a useful reference for the of construction of teaching team. |
