| 摘 要： | 在认知语言学领域里,建构隐喻概念系统需要结合相关语言背景、社会文化和历史环境。试以美国剧集《豪斯医生》(House M.D.)为例,阐述英语隐喻和影射语言在交流中的认知作用及其对思维方式的培养,研究剧中创作、主题和语言等方面的隐喻和影射,并结合实例,分析了剧中源自圣经、古希腊神话、古典文学等古典文化典故和隐喻的文化影射和源于影视、体育、日常俗语等的社会流行文化的典故和隐喻的文化影射。

| Abstract: | It is widely accepted among many cognitive linguists that metaphor poses a great significance in second language acquisition.Building a metaphorical concept system needs understanding of the historical and social background of the language.There are numerous instances of metaphors and innuendo in American TV series House M.D.Based on classical literature,Greco-Roman mythology and pop culture,the appliance of metaphor shows cognitive thinking in communications and develops communicators’ ideation. |
