| 摘 要： | 本文主要采用行动研究方法,着力研究探索"教学案一体化"背景下,有效、高效体育课堂教学模式。结果表明运用"教学案一体化"教学模式不仅能够使课堂教学达到更佳的教学效果,而且进一步实现了体育探究教学的目标;改变被动的教学方式,既能发展学生又能提高教师,使师生双赢。
