| 摘 要： | 探讨与研究竞技运动训练体系里，存在着对人的关怀的缺乏，金牌成了判定运动员是否成功的唯一标准，运动员们为金牌而奋斗，甚至异化为获取金牌的工具，这种价值观念已经远离奥林匹克运动所追求的价值目标，因此，作从人精神的角度初探竞技运动训练的应然模式。

| Abstract: | The research mainly study on the athletic training, It is the system of athletic training that exists the scarce of showing loving care for the athletes. The golden medals have become the single criterion on the judge whether the athlete win the success or not. The athletes strain only for the gold medals. Even some of them have become the tools for gold medals. The values have been far away the Olympic ideas, therefore , this article talks about the necessary model of the athletic training in the aspect of the humanistic spirit. |
