| 摘 要： | 探索高等职业教育共同建立校企联合订单式人才培养模式的机制。通过问卷调查研究,对已运行两年多的订单式人才培养管理及效果进行理论分析和评估。高等职业教育共同建立校企合作订单式人才培养模式有利于培养出符合医药企业所需的专业素质好的技能型和应用型的复合型人才。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the mechanism of Higher Vocational Education to establish school and enterprise orders for training model.Through survey research,analysis and evaluation of this article has been in operation more than two years of management and the effect of the orders for personnel training·Higher Vocational Education to establish school-enterprise cooperation Order training model is conducive to cultivate good professional qualities required to comply with pharmaceutical companies,skills and application of the compound talents. |
