认知负荷理论的解读及启示

摘    要:在阐述认知负荷理论基本观点的基础上,分析了教学中学生认知负荷的结构,并从提高课堂教学效果的角度,对优化教学中学生认知负荷结构提出了具体的建议:控制内在认知负荷;降低外在认知负荷;提高相关认知负荷。

Abstract:on the basis of expatiate the basic viewpoints of the cognitive load theory, the article analyzes the structure of the cognitive load for the students of middle school teaching, and put forward concrete proposals about the optimization of the structure of the cognitive load of the students teaching of middle school improving from the view of the effectiveness of classroom teaching: to control the internal load, to reduce the external cognitive load to raise the awareness of the relevant load.
