润神口服液对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响

摘    要:应用常压缺氧试验观察润神口服液对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。结果显示注射心得安、1号口服液和2号口服液雌鼠的耐缺氧能力均极显著地高于生理盐水对照组(P<0.01)。注射心得安和1号口服液雄鼠的平均耐缺氧能力分别下降5.5%和13.6%,注射2号口服液的雄鼠则提高15.4%。说明2号口服液对雌雄小鼠的耐缺氧能力有更好的调理、平衡及提高作用。

Abstract:We used anoxia test in the natural atmospheric pressure to detect effect of Runshen oral liquid on the mice resistance to anoxia . The results showed that the resistance to anoxia of female mice administered with propra-nold, Runshen No.1 or No.2 was better than that of normal saline(P<0.01). The resistance to anoxia of male mice administered with propranolol or Runshen No. 1 decreased 5.5% and 13. 6% respectively, and Runshen No. 2 increased 15.4% . It suggested that Runshen No.2 might even more modulate, equilibrate and improve mice resistance to anoxia.
