| 摘 要： | 在技术体系迅速膨胀和市场需求快速变化的背景下，基于开放创新理论的国际化配套模式成为技术集成的有效模式。本文采用案例研究方法，分析了此模式的形成过程，对大连叉车有限责任公司的国际化配套模式的机理、流程和适用性进行了研究。研究表明，国际化配套模式既使企业保持一定的独立性和技术决策权，又能充分、有效地利用全球范围的科技创新资源，同时也易于满足装备品定制化的特点。
