| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、文献资料调研和数理统计等方法,对郑州市不同年龄段职业女性的锻炼时间、空间、形式、内容、目的等情况进行问卷调查,以期了解郑州市职业女性参与体育锻炼的情况,指出影响她们体育健身活动的主要原因,提出发展郑州市职业女性体育健身活动的建议。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of questionnaire,literature review and mathematical statistics,this paper made investigation on exercise time,space,style,content and aim of professional woman at different age.The main purpose is to know the condition of physical exercise of professional woman,point out the main reason influencing their physical activity and put forward the suggestions on it. |
