| 摘 要： | 结合我校“校中有馆”的办学特点,青年毛泽东陈列馆与时俱进,利用我校充足的高素质学生队伍,培养了一批具有高素质的学生讲解员。主要的培养措施有：(1)严格的选拔程序;(2)严谨的业务培训;(3)与时俱进,培养新型的学生讲解员。

| Abstract: | Combining the characteristic "With a hall in the college", Young Mao Zedong Exhibition Hall goes forward with times, It is beneficial to use the sufficient high-quality students' team in our school, and train one batch of high-quality amateur guides. The main cultivation measure is as follows:(1)Strict selection process; (2)Rigorous professional training; (3)Going forward with times and training the new-type amateur guides. |
