广东省高职院校休闲体育专业发展研究

该文着重分析国家和省级层面下发的文件和相关政策措施，把握目前广东省休闲体育产业的发展情况、高职院校休闲体育专业开办的情况和休闲体育人才供给的情况，从而提出高职院校开办休闲体育专业的建议，进一步保障发展休闲体育产业的人力资源供给，实现“健康中国”的建设目标。该文研究方法包括文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法。经调查统计，广东开设了休闲体育专业的高校呈现专业开办较晚、专业具有学校所在地的区域特色等特点。在专业建设方面，应注意以下几点：做好休闲体育职业分析，明确专业定位；高职院校休闲体育专业人才培养目标设置要合理，要与区域产业发展策略和资源密切结合；休闲体育要适应职业岗位能力需求，构建合理的休闲体育课程体系；要结合职教特点，打造多元化的休闲体育教学团队；要深化校企合作，打造高水平的休闲体育实训基地。

Research on the Development of Leisure Sports Specialty in Guangdong Vocational Colleges

Focusing on the analysis of documents and relevant policies and measures issued at the national and provincial levels,this paper grasps the current development of leisure sports industry in Guangdong Province,the establishment of leisure sports specialty in higher vocational colleges and the supply of leisure sports talents,and puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of leisure sports specialty in higher vocational colleges,so as to further ensure the supply of human resources for the development of leisure sports industry and realize the construction goal of "healthy China".The research methods of this study include literature review,questionnaire survey and interview.According to the investigation and statistics,the colleges and universities which have established the Leisure Sports specialty in Guangdong have the characteristics of the late opening of the specialty and the regional characteristics of the specialty.In the professional construction,we should pay attention to the following points:Do a good job of leisure sports career analysis,clear professional positioning;The goal setting of leisure sports talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges should be reasonable and closely combined with the development strategy and resources of regional industry;Leisure sports should meet the needs of professional post ability and build a reasonable leisure sports curriculum system;We should combine the characteristics of vocational education to build a diversified leisure sports teaching team;It is necessary to deepen school-enterprise cooperation and build a high-level leisure sports training base.
