大学生游泳运动员运动性心理疲劳与运动绩效关系的研究

随着竞技体育水平的不断提高，心理疲劳受到国内外体育领域专家学者的重视，其对运动员的训练、比赛，甚至职业生涯的长期发展，可能产生不利的影响。国内外针对心理疲劳和运动性心理疲劳问题进行的相关研究较多，对与之可能相关的结果变量运动绩效的研究较少。该研究对北京、上海和广州地区的大学生游泳运动员，发放《运动员心理疲劳问卷》与《运动绩效量表》，进行量表调查。研究结果显示，大学生游泳运动员的运动性心理疲劳处于中等水平，其中情绪/体力耗竭对关系绩效存在显著负相关、运动负评价则对任务绩效和关系绩效存在显著负相关；回归分析结果表明，运动性心理疲劳部分维度可显著预测运动绩效；其中，运动负评价是影响大学生游泳运动员的运动绩效的重要影响因素之一。

Research on the Relationship between Sport Mental Fatigue and Sports Performance of College Swimmers

With the continuous improvement of the level of competitive sports,mental fatigue is valued by experts and scholars in the field of sports at home and abroad,which may have an adverse effect on athletes’ training,competition,and even the long-term development of their careers.There are many related studies on psychological fatigue and sports psychological fatigue at home and abroad,and there are few studies on the possible outcome variable sports performance.In this study,college swimmers in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou were investigated by issuing Athlete Psychological Fatigue Questionnaire and Sports Performance Scale.The results show that the sports psychological fatigue of college swimmers is at a medium level,in which emotional/physical exhaustion has a significant negative correlation with relational performance,and sports negative evaluation has a significant negative correlation with task performance and relational performance;The results of regression analysis showed that some dimensions of sports psychological fatigue could significantly predict sports performance;Among them,sports negative evaluation is one of the important factors affecting the sports performance of college swimmers.
