| Abstract: | This paper probes into the status quo and cause of the digital resources utilization crisis in vocational colleges, and makes a discussion on the crisis management with the help of 4R Theory (i.e., reduction, readiness, response and recovery), so as to eliminate the crisis and make full use of digital resources with the employment of this theory. |
