摘    要:通过对几所中职院校的调查,发现中职学生学习动力不强,学习积极性不高,是制约教学质量提高的重要障碍之一。为适应中职教育改革新形势的需要,研究学生学习动力对教学质量有重要意义。在调查的基础上,文章分析了中职学生学习动力缺失的内外因,并在此基础上进行了相关的思考与探索。

Abstract:It is found that the students are lack of study motivation and study interest through the research in several secondary vocational schools,which is thought as the barrier to improve teaching quality.In order to adapt the circumstance of the reform in secondary vocational schools,the study on motivation is very important to raise teaching quality.On the basis of the research,the article analyses the reasons of the deficiency of study motivation,and then gives some correlative advices.
