| 摘 要： | 工业生产具有明显的生产要素替代效应。我国农村剩余劳动力大规模由中西部地区流向东部地区，改变了我国劳动力的地区分布状况，引起我国东西部劳动力比较优势的逆转，削弱中西部地区承接劳动密集型产业的能力，动摇了东部劳动密集型产业转移的基础，直接阻碍了东部地区劳动密集型产业的移出。

| Abstract: | Industry production is evidently characterized by the substituting effect of production factors. Thetransference of the surplus work force in the west and center of China to east leads to the change of comparable advantage. As a result, it weakens the development of labour-intensive industry in west and central China, undermins the basis of the industry transference in east and curbs the export of the industry. |
