| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查，了解到5年来北京市18个城区和郊区群众参与全民健身活动的具体情况，通过对数据的汇总、整理和分析，对北京市群众体育工作的现状、全民健身工程实施的经验以及北京市群众体育的特点和规律有了一个全面、系统的了解，对进一步改善群众体育锻炼条件和环境、更好地实施全民健身计划二期工程提供了准确、客观的科学依据。
