大白菜幼苗耐热性生理机制

摘    要:为探讨大白菜幼苗耐热性生理机制,以5份大白菜为材料,进行高温处理,温度32℃,光照14 h,强度10 000 lx处理8 d,调查耐热性及鲜质量、干质量、可溶性糖质量分数、叶绿素质量分数、类胡萝卜素质量分数、根系活力的变化。结果表明,在常温下上述指标在材料间的差异不显著,经高温处理,在材料间的差异达显著水平,与对照相比较,鲜质量、干质量、可溶性糖质量分数、叶绿素质量分数、类胡萝卜素质量分数、根系活力下降,耐热性强的材料具有较高的鲜质量、干质量、可溶性糖质量分数、叶绿素质量分数、类胡萝卜素质量分数、根系活力,耐热性较低的材料表现相反。

Abstract:To study the physiological characteristics under high temperature stress, 5 Chinese cabbage samples were under high temperature treatments,32 ℃ within 14 hours everyday by the light intensity of 10 000 lx for 8 days to investigate heat tolerance, fresh weight, dry weigh, soluble sugar content, Chla content, Chlb content, carotenoid content, and root activity under heat stress. The results showed that there was no big difference among samples at normal temperature, and the difference was extremely significant at high temperature. In comparison with ck's indexes, fresh weight, dry weigh, soluble sugar content, Chla content, Chlb content, carotenoid content, and root activity decreased after the high temperature treatment, while fresh weight, dry weigh, soluble sugar content, Chla content, Chlb content, carotenoid content, and root activity of high resisted materials were larger, and the medium resisted materials revealed contrary trend.
