| 摘 要： | 由于经济发达地区和经济欠发达地区社会、经济发展的不平衡,造成了高等职业技术教育发展的不平衡。本文根据调查材料,从经费投入、院校布局、办学定位和管理水平、师资队伍建设、办学硬件建设等5个方面对比分析了彼此的差距,并针对这些不平衡的现实,提出了利用双转移契机,加速经济欠发达地区高等职业技术教育发展、逐步缩小彼此差距、以至达到全省平衡发展的8条建议。
