| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法，指出在后奥运时代，竞技体育要得到可持续发展，就必须走一条“从群众中来，到群众中去”的群众路线。“从群众中来”是指竞技体育的发展源于群众体育，竞技体育人才来源群众，竞技体育思想只有通过人民群众才能得到更好地贯彻；“到群众中去”是指竞技体育的发展要为群众体育服务，要满足人民群众不断增长的观赏需求，要把竞技体育文化传播给群众，尤其是要在占全国绝大多数人口的农村传播竞技体育文化，大力发展农村体育。
