| 摘 要： | 村民自治组织体系是村民自治权实现的保障。当前村民自治制度存在的缺陷源于权力的分工不合理和权力缺乏制约。通过分析公司中股东大会、董事会和监事会分工合作、分权制约的治理机制,为完善村民自治体系提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Village-level system is the realization of the villagers to protect autonomy.The shortcomings of the current system of villager autonomy source to the power division of unreasonable constraints and the lack of power.By analyzing the government mechanism of labor and cooperation and power restriction in company shareholder meetings,boards of directors and board of supervisors,it will improve the villager autonomy system. |
