社会建设视域下当代大学生法治思维培育的三重维度

公平正义是人类社会建设永恒的价值目标,保障公民权利实现公平正义只有也只能通过建设社会主义法治社会才能得以真正实现。培育法治思维是一项涉及政治、经济、文化、社会组织等社会建设各个领域的系统工程。法治社会建设过程中,我们认为当代大学生法治思维可从政治、市场、社会三重维度,通过深化依法行政、强化司法公正、发挥企业法治正能量、利用企业文化正能量、转变社会管理方式、创新法治教育模式等途径给予培育。

Three Dimensions of Law Thinking of Contemporary College Students from the Aspect of Social Construction

Fairness and justice is the eternal value goal of human society construction, which will be realized by the con- struction of the socialist society. To foster law thinking is a systemic project that is related to political,economic,cultural,so- cial organizations and other social construction fields. In the process of the establishment of the law society,law thinking of the contemporary college students should be cultivated from politics, market and society, such as deepening administration according to law, strengthening the judicial justice, using positive energy, transforming the mode of social management, inno- vating the mode of law education and so on.
