| 摘 要： | 分析高职学生初期素质的成因,指出其是家庭、学校和社会等因素所造成的。通过加强对高职学生的综合能力培养、辅导员团队建设、教师团队建设和学校文化建设,来不断优化育人环境和育人过程,提高教学质量,把学生培养成为高素质的技能型人才。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the causes of the early quality of higher vocational students which are caused by families, schools and society. Strengthening developing the synthetic ability of higher vocational students and constructing the instruc- tor team, the teacher team, and the campus culture aim to optimize the environment and the process of education, improve the teaching quality and train higher quality talents. |
