Solid Edge于减速器参数化建模的应用

摘    要:程序参数化方法是随着CAD技术不断发展的设计方法,有的是以AutoCAD为平台,有的是利用Pro/Toolkit的不同开发方法,但诸多的参数化设计方法,它们有的功能不够完善,有的操作复杂,交互性不强;基于这种状况,本文以VB为开发工具,采用变量表技术与VB直接调用SolidEdge技术相结合。利用该参数化技术,可以很方便地完成对图形的修改,避免繁琐的设计计算、绘图工作,从而提高设计精度和效率。

Abstract:Program parametric method is developing with the design method of the CAD technology development.Some are based on AutoCAD platform,and some use various development methods of Pro/Toolkit,but many of parametric designing methods have the problems of unperfected function,too complicated operation,poor interaction.Based on this situation,this article adopts VB as development tool and directly combines the variables with the Solid Edge technology of VB.With the parameterized technology,it can be easily done to modify graphics and avoid the cumbersome design calculation and drawing work,so as to improve the design accuracy and efficiency.
