企业需求与高校人才培养模式有效对接的研究

在我国经济一体化进程不断加深的背景下,高等院校应主动地适应地方经济发展,满足企业对应用型人才的需求,通过不断调整人才培养的目标定位,改革教学模式,引入企业丰富多样的实践资源,深化校企合作的层次,条件共创、平台共建、过程共管,共同培养学生的创新精神和创业能力,增强学生运用知识、技能解决实际问题的能力,从而实现企业需求与高校人才培养模式的有效对接,取得校企双赢的良好局面.

A Study of an Effective Link Between the Needs of Enterprises and the Qualified Personnel Training Model of Universities

Challenged by the increasing progress of economic integration in China,universities need to take the initiative so as to accommodate the development of local economy and meet the needs of enterprises for qualified applied personnel. To this end,universities should build an effective link between the needs of enterprises and the qualified personnel training models of universities and seek a win-win situation between universities and enterprises in their collaborative endeavors. Universities need to regularly review and revise their instructional goals of qualified personnel-training,reform instructional model,and incorporate various kinds of rich practical resources of enterprises into the instructional practice of universities. Besides, universities should cooperate with enterprises on such a deepened level as collaboratively creating a conducive environment and platform for the development of talented personnel. Moreover,universities also need to work together with enterprises to cultivate the innovative and creative spirit of university students and improve their abilities to apply their knowledge and skills to solving practical problems in enterprises.
