| 摘 要： | 文章简要介绍了自主学习能力的理论背景和内涵，分析了高级英语课程的教学目标及教学现状，着重探讨了在高级英语教学中培养学生的自主学习能力的途径在于：培养其自主学习能力意识，训练其元认知策略，采用适当的课外实践活动激发其学习兴趣。
