对调整“专升本”政策的反思

2006年教育部出台关于严格控制普高“专升本”的政策，让人反思压缩专升本到底是对还是错。“专升本”的存在具有必要性，虽然它在实施过程中存在一些弊端、不足，但是“专升本”这个教育模式对高等教育、终生教育体系等都具有积极重要的作用。压缩控制“专升本”不仅不能解决高等教育中产生的问题，反而滋生更多的教育不公平。因此，“专升本”这个通道只能疏通。而不能堵上。

Reflection on the Policy of "Rising from Junior Professional College to Undergraduate College"

In 2006,the Ministry of Education put forward the policy of strict control of the numbers of students rising from junior professional college to undergraduate college,which made people reflect on the appropriateness of the policy.It is necessary to have the policy,but in the implementation process there are many disadvantages and incompletion.But this educational mode has positive effect on higher education and life-long education.The policy of the compression will not solve the existing problems,but bring about more inequality in education.So we can only make use of the policy according to the situation.Restriction will bring more problems.
