| 摘 要： | 对共同侵权行为的研究无法离开类型化的法学分析方法。本文从对共同侵权行为的四种类型即共同加害行为、共同危险行为、教唆、帮助的共同侵权行为、团伙成员的共同侵权行为进行理论分析着手,揭示各自的本质特点,阐明自己的观点,以期为立法提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | It is unable to Joint-Tort research to leave the categorization legal science analysis method.The theoretical analysis the main body of the article is carried out from the Joint-Tort being to do harm to behavior,joint dangerous behavior,member of gang abetting,helping commonly to four kind type of Joint-Tort sets about,reveals the respective nature characteristic,the viewpoint expounding self,takes phase as legislation providing the beneficial reference. |
