| Abstract: | The interplay of personal wills and the determining function of the public will are just the surface motive power for historical development while the interplay of social factors and the determining role of economic relations are the very profound motive power for the development of history. Furthermore, the interplay between the subject and the object as well as the determining role of natural society are the ultimate power for historical development. |
