| 摘 要： | 中西法制文学在“劝善惩恶”和“追求社会平等”主题上,有着一致的人文精神。但由于它们根植于不同的社会文化土壤,受不同的法制精神和文学传统的影响,在理想寄托、艺术风格和表现范式等许多方面又表现出迥然不同的特色。深入探讨中西法制文学的异同,有利于推进中西方文学的比较与交流。

| Abstract: | In terms of the themes of " admonish kindhearted and penalize evil" and of "pursue equality in the whole society",the Chinese and the western legality literatures have the concordant humanism spirits.Nevertheless,because they were planted in different soil of society culture and affected by different legality spirits and culture traditions,There are many differences between them in the fields of ideal placement,artistic character and displayed manifestation.The deep research into the similarity and difference of such two types legality literature will promote the comparison and exchange between them. |
