摘    要:以粳稻品种日本晴的测序图谱Gramene Annotated Nipponbare Sequence 2006为基础,挑选较广泛应用于水稻QTL研究的标记绘制了公共图谱.并将国内外公开发表的251个水稻千粒重QTL整合到该图谱中.研究表明,目前定位的粒重QTL虽分散于各条染色体,但主要集中在1、3、5、6、10号染色体上并成簇状分布,其中6个区间可能存在主效QTL.

Abstract:DNA markers that were commonly used in the mapping of quantitative trait loci (QTLs)in rice were aligned based on the Gramene Annotated Nipponbare Sequence 2006. With linked DNA markers, 251 rice QTLs for 1000-grain weight were integrated into the map. It was indicated that QTLs for grain weight were distributed in all the 12 chromosomes of rice, but the majority were located on chromosomes 1, 3, 5, 6 and 10 in which six intervals are likely to harbor major QTLs for grain weight.
