论应用心理学专业人才实践能力培养策略——以贺州学院为例

目前，应用心理学专业人才培养缺乏实践性有历史和现实多方面的原因。在专业建设过程中，不断创造条件实施相应的策略，才能促进专业人才实践能力培养。这些条件包括建设突出专业实践能力的课程体系和教材体系，加强应用型专业师资队伍建设，加大实验室的建设力度，加大实习基地的建设力度等。推动应用心理学专业人才实践能力培养策略包括，注重专业技能的考核，开展专业特色的校园文化和社会实践，做好专业的见习和实习工作等。

On the Strategies of Fostering Practical Abilities of Applied Psychological Talents:A Case Study of Hezhou University

The lack of practicality of current applied psychological professionals resulted in many historical and practical factors,and only by constantly creating conditions to implement corresponding strategies can the promotion of the practical ability of Psychological Professionals be realized.
